Terms of use

1. Playing the game

We give you a personal, non-exclusive licence to install and play the game on your own devices for personal, non-commercial use. The game, its art, music and texts belong to us. Please do not copy, sell, or change the game, and do not try to cheat or break it.

Children should play with the permission of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the child's use of the game.

2. Coins

Coins are a virtual currency used only inside the game. They have no money value, cannot be exchanged for real money and cannot be transferred to another person or game. Everything in the game can be earned by playing.

Next to coin prices, the game shows an approximate price in euros, so the real cost is always clear.

3. Purchases and refunds

Coin packs, the starter pack and “No ads” are sold through Google Play. Google Play's terms, payment and refund rules apply. To ask for a refund, use Google Play (Order history in your Google account) or write to support@cheekpuffhamster.app.

There are no loot boxes, no random paid rewards and no countdown offers. For children, real-money purchases are off until a grown-up switches them on.

Your legal rights as a consumer in the EU (for example, if something you bought does not work) are not affected.

4. Ads

The game shows only optional reward videos that the player chooses to watch. Details are in the privacy policy.

5. Changes to the game

We update the game to fix bugs and add things. We may change or remove parts of the game, but we will not take away items you paid for with real money without a fair replacement or refund, unless the law allows it. If we ever stop the game, we will tell players in advance in the game where possible.

Game progress is saved on your phone. If you delete the app or its data without a backup, the progress may be lost; we cannot restore it.

6. Our responsibility

We work hard to make the game safe and to keep it working, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses. This does not limit our responsibility where the law does not allow limits, for example for intent, gross negligence or harm to life and health.

7. Law and disputes

Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the law of your country and can go to the courts of your country. Please contact us first: most problems can be solved by email.

8. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we update the date at the top. Important changes will be shown in the game before they apply. These terms are available in English, Spanish, Russian and Ukrainian; if the versions differ, the English version applies.
